Endur ASA ( (DE:4ZT0) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Total Betong AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA, has agreed to acquire 100% of Norwegian building contractor Gann Tre AS, which specializes in newbuilds and rehabilitation of industrial and residential real estate in Rogaland, and will continue to operate independently with its current management and 60 employees. The NOK 42 million enterprise-value deal, implying an EV/EBIT multiple of about 3.8x on expected 2025 earnings, is described as highly accretive, adding roughly NOK 225 million to Endúr’s order backlog and expanding its in-house construction capacity, while fitting Endúr’s strategy of using strong subsidiaries as platforms for bolt-on acquisitions; closing is expected by end-January 2026, with part of the consideration in seller’s credit and locked-up Endúr shares to align incentives of Gann Tre’s key personnel.
