Endur ASA ( (DE:4ZT0) ) has shared an update.
Endúr ASA’s wholly owned subsidiary Igang Totalentreprenør AS has secured a turnkey contract worth approximately NOK 62 million from Tomtespesialisten AS to build the third phase of the Langhusene residential project in Bryne, comprising 22 apartments and continuing Igang’s role as main contractor from the first two phases. Construction is scheduled to start in late second quarter 2026, and, pending the expected near-term lifting of a financing reservation, Endúr plans to add the contract to its firm order backlog in the first quarter of 2026, further strengthening its project pipeline in the Norwegian residential construction market.
