Endeavour Silver Amends Key Credit Agreement Terms

Endeavour Silver (TSE:EDR) has released an update.

Endeavour Silver Corp. has entered into a fourth amending agreement with ING Capital LLC and other lenders, modifying certain provisions of the original credit agreement dated October 6, 2023. The amendments include changes to the ‘Reserve Tail Ratio’ definition and conditions related to the company’s mining claims, leases, and production burden. The agreement also outlines conditions precedent and subsequent for its effectiveness, including the acquisition and proper documentation of the ‘La Sanguijuela’ Mining Concession.
