Endeavour Mining has announced the appointment of Sonia Scarselli as the new Executive Vice President of Exploration, starting December 2024. Scarselli, previously with BHP, will take over from Jono Lawrence and is set to lead Endeavour’s ambitious exploration program aiming to discover 12 – 17Moz of resources by 2025. The executive team will maintain a diverse composition, with her appointment increasing female representation to 30%.
