Endeavour Mining plc has conducted a buy-back of 11,000 of its own shares at prices ranging from 1,783.00 to 1,820.00 GBp per share, as part of its share repurchase program announced earlier this year. After cancellation of these shares, the company’s total issued share capital and voting rights will consist of 244,593,138 shares. The buy-back was executed by Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited on the London Stock Exchange on 16 September 2024.
