Endeavour Group Director’s Equity Interest Changes

Endeavour Group Ltd (AU:EDV) has released an update.

Endeavour Group Limited has disclosed a change in the indirect interests of director Duncan Harold Makeig, who acquired 4,827 new Share Rights under the company’s Non-executive Director Equity Plan, valued at $25,003.86. These new rights, along with Makeig’s existing holdings, will convert to Ordinary Shares and be held in trust until the end of the respective restriction period.
