ENAV announced that Chief Executive Officer and board member Pasqualino Monti has resigned ahead of the imminent expiry of his mandate, after being elected in April 2023 from the majority list backed by Italy’s Ministry of Economy and Finance. The company noted that Monti personally holds 78,000 ENAV shares and that no post‑employment non‑competition obligations or related payments will apply under the existing remuneration framework.
To ensure management continuity, ENAV has activated its contingency plan, assigning full CEO powers to Chair Alessandra Bruni with the same scope and limits as the outgoing chief executive until the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 14 May 2026 to renew corporate bodies. The board will not grant Bruni any additional indemnities or benefits beyond her existing fees as chair and sustainability committee member, and the company publicly thanked Monti for his contribution.
