Enagás S.A. has won an arbitration case against Peru, with the ICSID ruling that Peru must pay the company $194 million in compensation related to its investment in the Gasoducto Sur Peruano project. This decision, which includes interest and procedural costs, follows the violation of an investment protection agreement between Peru and Spain. Enagás is seeking an amicable agreement for execution of the award and reaffirms its commitment to its dividend policy and investment plans, particularly in renewable hydrogen infrastructures.
