Enagás has successfully completed the sale of its entire stake in Tallgrass Energy LP to Blackstone, receiving $1.050 billion with an additional $50 million pending on Tallgrass obtaining an administrative authorization. This transaction is a part of Enagás’s strategic plan focusing on Spain and Europe’s supply security and decarbonization efforts.
