Emyria Limited has announced that Director Mr. Greg Hutchinson has significantly increased his stake in the company. Hutchinson acquired 6 million fully paid ordinary shares at $0.05 each and 3 million unlisted options exercisable at $0.10 each, with the transactions approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 21 August 2024. Following the change, Hutchinson holds a total of 6.5 million shares and 3 million options in Emyria.
