EMX Royalty Sells Norwegian Project to Alpha Funds

EMX Royalty (TSE:EMX) has released an update.

EMX Royalty Corporation has sold its Sulitjelma Project, a historic copper-rich polymetallic site in Norway, to Alpha Future Funds. The deal includes initial cash payment, work commitments, and additional financial benefits upon option exercise, including a continuous 2% net smelter return (NSR) royalty. EMX’s strategy of turning exploration projects into royalty interests continues to create value for its stakeholders.
