Emu NL ( (AU:EMU) ) has provided an announcement.
EMU NL has launched a non-renounceable rights issue to raise about $3.67 million, offering eligible shareholders one new share for every two held plus a free attaching option, to fund a major drill campaign at its Yataga Valley Copper Project in North Queensland. The raise underpins a strategic shift to testing what EMU interprets as the core of a hybrid structural–intrusive copper system, following earlier drilling at Fiery Creek that confirmed a broad copper–silver mineralised corridor and gave the company confidence in its targeting model.
Proceeds will support an approximately 10,000 metre reverse circulation and diamond drilling program aimed at testing geophysical chargeability zones, coherent copper anomalies and the intrusive core, as well as further gold exploration at Georgetown and general working capital. The upcoming campaign, set to begin after the wet season with contractors and rigs already secured, represents the first substantial test of the heart of the Yataga Intrusive Complex and is positioned as a potential value inflection point for shareholders and other stakeholders.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:EMU) stock is a Hold with a A$0.03 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Emu NL stock, see the AU:EMU Stock Forecast page.
