Emu NL has launched a pro rata non-renounceable rights issue, dispatching a prospectus and personalised entitlement and acceptance forms to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand. The offer provides one new fully paid ordinary share for every two shares held at an issue price of $0.025 per share.
Participants in the offer will also receive one free attaching option for every new share subscribed, exercisable at $0.03 on or before 31 January 2027.
