EMU NL Director Boosts Shareholding

Emu NL (AU:EMU) has released an update.

In a recent update by EMU NL, Director Gavin Alan Rutherford has increased his indirect holdings in the company by purchasing 80,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a total consideration of $1,920. Following the transaction, which occurred on-market on October 2, 2024, Rutherford’s total indirect shareholdings have risen to 1,035,670 fully paid ordinary shares. No changes were reported in the director’s direct holdings or interests in contracts.
