Emu NL has been involved in a series of procedural changes regarding its board of directors, following orders from the Takeovers Panel. The company was initially required to hold a general meeting to reconsider resolutions from a previous extraordinary general meeting, including the election of a new director, Mr. Keith Rowe. However, Mr. Rowe withdrew his consent to stand for election, prompting Emu NL to request a variation of the orders. The Panel has agreed to this request, further altering its previous directives.
