Empiric Student Property Launches New Share Offer

Empiric Student Property (GB:ESP) has released an update.

Empiric Student Property plc has announced a new conditional retail offer of ordinary shares, available exclusively to its existing UK shareholders through RetailBook’s partner network, including AJ Bell and Hargreaves Lansdown. The shares can be purchased via ISAs, SIPPs, or general investment accounts with a minimum subscription of £50 and no commission charged by RetailBook. The capital raised will be used to fund investment and refurbishment opportunities, with the offer closing on 16 October 2024.
