Empiric Student Property PLC reports that CEO Duncan Garrood’s 2021 award under the 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan has partially vested at 75.2%, granting him 601,875 shares, while the remainder lapsed. This vesting, subject to an additional two-year holding period, reflects the strong performance achieved by the management team.
