Empiric Student Property (GB:ESP) has released an update.
Empiric Student Property plc, a key player in premium student accommodation, has applied for a blocklisting of 9 million ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, set to potentially become effective around 19 April 2024. The shares are tied to the company’s share-based incentive plans, including the SAYE option scheme, ensuring alignment with the interests of employees and shareholders. Once issued, these new shares will be on par with the existing ordinary shares of the company.
