Empiric Student Property plc has announced an increase in its issued share capital, now totaling 603,501,585 Ordinary shares, following the issuance of 37,968 Ordinary shares under the 2021 SAYE Option Plan. These new figures are meant to assist shareholders in determining changes to their stake in the company. Empiric is a premium student accommodation provider in the UK, operating as a real estate investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange since June 2014.
