At year-end 2025, ESRT reported a leased commercial rate above 93%, robust multifamily occupancy of 97.8%, total liquidity of $0.6 billion and $2.4 billion of debt with no unaddressed maturities until March 2027, positioning the REIT with a simplified, NYC-only footprint and enhanced balance sheet flexibility for 2026 and beyond.
