Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. has ascended Christina Chiu to the role of President, while Anthony E. Malkin remains the CEO and Chairman. Chiu’s experience includes oversight of financial operations and strategic roles since joining the company in 2020. In a concurrent move, Stephen V. Horn has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accounting Officer, leveraging his extensive background in accounting and auditing. Both appointments, effective February 20, 2024, were announced without plans to replace the chief operating officer role and without any reported familial or material conflicts of interest.
