Empire Resources Limited has launched a fundraising effort, seeking to raise approximately $741,957 through a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer. Shareholders are granted the opportunity to purchase additional shares at 0.2 cents each, aiming to fund exploration of the company’s projects and to provide additional working capital. The offer, which is detailed in a recently lodged prospectus, is open for subscription and will close on May 5, 2024.
