Empire Resources Director Bolsters Shareholding

Empire Resources Limited (AU:ERL) has released an update.

In a recent update, Empire Resources Limited disclosed that Director Mr. Jeremy Atkinson has increased his indirect shareholding in the company by acquiring an additional 4,884,879 fully paid ordinary shares, bringing his total to 19,539,515 shares. The acquisition, made as part of an Entitlement Issue, was valued at $9,769.76. No securities were disposed of in the process.
