Empire Petroleum Corporation is on the hunt for a new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer following the resignation of Stephen L. Faulkner, Jr., effective March 28, 2024. Meanwhile, Michael R. Morrisett, the company’s President and CEO, will oversee financial operations on an interim basis until a permanent successor is appointed.
