Empire Energy Group Limited has announced the appointment of Ernst & Young as its new external auditor, succeeding Nexia Sydney Audit Pty Limited which has resigned with regulatory consent. Shareholders are expected to formally approve this appointment at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The company has expressed gratitude towards Nexia for their years of service since 1992.
