EMP Metals Secures Full Ownership of Lithium Assets

EMP Metals (TSE:EMPS) has released an update.

EMP Metals Corp. has fully acquired Hub City Lithium Corp. from ROK Resources, securing complete ownership of valuable lithium properties in Saskatchewan and strengthening its corporate structure by appointing Karl Kottmeier as the new CEO. This strategic move is supported by a private placement offering with Tembo Capital, which is set to bolster the development of the lithium properties and provide additional working capital.
