Emmerson PLC has notified a major change in its shareholding structure as Global Sustainable Minerals Pte Ltd now holds a combined total of 26% of the company’s voting rights after crossing the threshold on April 22, 2024. This significant acquisition includes both direct shares and potential voting rights through financial instruments. The notification was completed in Singapore on the date of the threshold crossing.
