The refined open-pit resource definition within a A$4,000 pit shell has materially expanded the open-pit inventory to 2.7Mt at 4.7 g/t for 404,400 ounces, with almost all classified as Indicated, which is expected to enhance project economics and support conversion to Probable Ore Reserves as feasibility work advances. This update pushes Emmerson’s total Tennant Creek resource base close to 1 million ounces of gold, while the company cements a 40% contributing interest in White Devil under a Major Mine Joint Venture structure and moves into a 75%/25% exploration JV with TCMG across the Northern Project Area. Alongside accelerating exploration plans with a A$6.9 million Q1 2026 budget, strong cash of A$6.45 million and imminent royalty-style production payments, Emmerson enters 2026 with a strengthened balance sheet, growing high-grade resources and a more leveraged position to future development and potential production in the Tennant Creek district.
