EML Payments Limited has appointed Ron Hynes as the new Managing Director and Group CEO, bringing his extensive experience from Mastercard and JPMorgan to drive shareholder growth and steer the company’s commercial strategy. Additionally, Anthony Hynes joins as an independent non-executive Director to chair a sub-committee focused on operational performance, while former interim Group CEO Kevin Murphy transitions to a non-executive director role.
