EML Payments Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Ronald (Ron) Hynes as a director effective from 30 June 2024. In accordance with ASX listing rules, the company disclosed that Mr. Hynes currently holds no securities in the company as either a registered holder or beneficiary. The notice also confirms that Mr. Hynes has no interests in any contracts that are relevant to the company at this time.
