EML Payments Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Anthony Hynes as a director of the company, effective from June 30, 2024. While Mr. Hynes currently holds no securities as a registered holder within EML, he has an indirect interest through 50,000 fully paid ordinary shares held by 449 Investments Pty Ltd, as trustee for The A & R Hynes Family Superannuation Fund where he is both a director and a beneficiary.
