Eminent Gold Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $1,300,000 by issuing 5 million units at $0.26 each. The funds raised are intended for general working capital, property holding costs, and exploration activities. The offering includes common shares and warrants, with the latter exercisable at $0.55 for 24 months, subject to acceleration clauses.
