Eminence Enterprise Limited is pleased to announce the successful passage of the Ordinary Resolution at its Special General Meeting on September 3, 2024, with a unanimous vote in favor of the proposed Disposal and related transactions. Shareholders with a total of 338,148,116 shares were entitled to vote, and the resolution passed without any votes against or abstentions. The meeting was attended by both executive and independent non-executive directors, in person and electronically.
