Eminence Enterprise Posts Year-End Consolidated Loss

Eminence Enterprise Limited reported a significant shift in its financial performance with a consolidated loss of HK$213,149,000 for the year ended March 31, 2024, compared to a profit the previous year. Despite a 12.9% increase in revenue from continuing operations, the loss was largely due to decreased fair value of investment properties, write-downs on development properties, and higher finance costs. No final dividend will be paid for the year.
