Ansani, with a robust background in financial management and community service, has been appointed as a Director of NSTS Bancorp, Inc. and North Shore Trust and Savings, filling a vacancy created by the untimely passing of Mr. Kevin Dolan. Ansani, a University of Dayton finance graduate and former Bank of America Vice President, brings her extensive experience to the board, with her term set to conclude at the 2025 annual stockholders meeting. Her financial acumen is expected to help the company adhere to Nasdaq’s listing standards, particularly with her new role on the Audit Committee.
