eMetals Limited has announced the acquisition of 80% shares in Sifang Mineral Resources Limited, giving it control over the Mubende Gold Project in Uganda, which covers 202 square kilometers in the Mubende region. The project shows strong potential with the presence of artisanal mining and confirmed gold in rock chip samples. The company is excited about the prospectivity and is gearing up for field activities to begin in early August 2024.
