eMetals Limited ( (AU:EMT) ) has provided an announcement.
eMetals Limited has moved to expand its critical metals footprint by signing a binding agreement to acquire the Mineral Range Tungsten Project in Beaver County, Utah, a historic high-grade tungsten district with multiple past-producing mines and 12 kilometres of prospective skarn-hosted mineralisation. Initial GIS integration and fieldwork, including mapping, sampling and reconnaissance using UV scheelite scanning and pXRF, have already begun, with early rock chip assays returning multiple high-grade tungsten results.
Alongside its U.S. expansion, the company advanced its Busia Gold Project in central Uganda, where second-phase soil sampling identified an approximately 300m by 700m gold-in-soil anomaly above 50ppb Au within the Busia-Kakamega Greenstone Belt. The combination of a significant brownfield tungsten opportunity in the United States and a growing gold anomaly in Uganda positions eMetals to broaden its exploration pipeline across both critical and precious metals, potentially enhancing its long-term project portfolio and appeal to resource-focused investors.
