Emergia Inc. has announced a reorganization of its Board of Directors, appointing Faraj Nakhleh as the new Chairman following Henri Petit’s decision to focus on his roles as President and CEO. The board also welcomes three new independent directors, Hasan Shawa, Yannick Richard, and Stephen Reisler, succeeding four members who have resigned.
