Emergia Inc. has announced a significant reshuffle of its Board of Directors, with Faraj Nakhleh stepping in as the new Chairman, replacing Henri Petit who will concentrate on his role as President and CEO. The company also welcomed Hasan Shawa, Yannick Richard, and Stephen Reisler as new independent directors, following the resignation of four previous board members.
