Emergent Metals Corp. is extending its private placement offering to raise up to CDN$1,000,000 by November 3, 2024, with each unit consisting of a share and a purchase warrant. The company, which operates in the junior mining sector, is looking to fund the advancement of its exploration projects and for general working capital. The offering, which comes amidst a strong gold market, also includes finder’s fees and potential participation from company insiders.
