EMERGE Proposes Key Debenture Term Amendments

Emerge Commerce Ltd (TSE:ECOM) has released an update.

EMERGE Commerce Ltd. has announced a proposed amendment to the terms of its senior unsecured convertible debentures, intending to extend the maturity date by one year, lower the conversion price, and adjust the minimum trading price required for the company to force conversion. The company also plans to introduce a redemption right, allowing for up to 50% of the debentures to be redeemed in cash or shares at the company’s discretion. These changes are subject to approval by both the TSX Venture Exchange and a majority of debenture holders.
