Emerald Resources NL (AU:EMR) has released an update.
Emerald Resources NL, a gold project developer and explorer, has announced the sale of its Southern Cross Gold Project to Golden Horse Minerals Limited, in a deal that will see Emerald become a cornerstone investor upon Golden Horse’s dual listing on the ASX. The transaction includes an initial share consideration and additional contingent payments based on future resource milestones. Emerald’s Okvau Gold Mine in Cambodia, commissioned in 2021, has already produced over 300,000 ounces of gold, with significant exploration and resource growth potential both in Cambodia and Australia.
