Embraer Secures $1 Billion Revolving Credit Line

Embraer SA (ERJ) has released an update.

Embraer S.A. has announced that it secured a $1 billion revolving credit facility with a consortium of 17 international banks, set to mature in August 2029. The facility, which Embraer has not yet drawn upon, will support general corporate purposes and aims to bolster the company’s liquidity and credit standing as part of its liability management strategy. The interest rate on the facility will vary based on Embraer’s corporate rating.
