Elys BMG Group, Inc. has formed an Advisory Committee consisting of Paul Sallwasser, Larry Flynn, and David Aronoff, who also resigned from the Board on July 5, 2024, leaving Michele Ciavarella as the sole director and Executive Chairman. Carlo Reali, the CFO, announced his upcoming resignation, effective with the sale of Multigioco Srl or earlier if the Board agrees. There were no disagreements behind these resignations. Ciavarella will serve as the Interim CFO, while Reali, who has no formal compensation agreement, will continue his duties for a smooth transition and keep his current salary.
