Elsight Limited has announced the issuance of new unquoted equity securities slated for August 22, 2024. A total of 105,000 options will be issued, expiring on August 22, 2029, with an exercise price of $0.38. These securities are part of an employee incentive scheme and will not be listed on the ASX.
