Elme Communities (ELME) has released an update.
Elme Communities has launched a new at-the-market equity offering program, partnering with several financial institutions to potentially sell up to $350 million of its common shares. The program replaces a previous one with around $340 million in unsold shares. These transactions may be executed through various methods, including direct sales on stock exchanges or private deals. Elme plans to use the funds raised for general corporate purposes such as acquisitions, renovations, or debt repayment. Additionally, they have updated their existing Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan, allowing shareholders to reinvest dividends and purchase additional shares.
