Ellomay ( (IL:ELLO) ) has issued an announcement.
Ellomay Capital Ltd. reported that its 50-50 partner in Ellomay Luzon Energy Infrastructures Ltd., Amos Luzon Development and Energy Group Ltd., has moved to court to advance a long-discussed separation mechanism between the joint venture partners. After prior attempts to appoint arbitrators under the shareholders’ agreement failed, the Luzon Group informed Ellomay on March 12, 2026 that it had petitioned the Tel Aviv District Court to appoint an arbitrator or third party to set the separation process.
Ellomay said it will review the petition and act to preserve its contractual and legal rights, while cautioning that there is no certainty a separation will occur, on what terms, or with what financial or operational impact. The move injects fresh uncertainty into the future of Ellomay Luzon Energy, a key shared infrastructure platform, and could influence Ellomay’s portfolio structure, governance dynamics with its partner and potentially its positioning in the Israeli energy infrastructure market depending on the eventual outcome.
The most recent analyst rating on (IL:ELLO) stock is a Hold with a ILs9309.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Ellomay stock, see the IL:ELLO Stock Forecast page.
