Elliptic Laboratories AS ( (DE:EIP) ) has shared an announcement.
Elliptic Laboratories AS has confirmed interim leaders Ola Sandstad and Mathias Norderud as permanent CEO and CFO, respectively, solidifying its executive team after a transition period that began in 2025. Sandstad, who joined the company in 2021 and has held senior roles in product development and investor relations, has guided Elliptic Labs’ strategic direction as interim CEO since November 2025, while Norderud, with the firm since 2021, has strengthened financial reporting and operational discipline as interim CFO.
The board said the move ensures continuity, stability, and operational focus as the Edge AI specialist scales its software-defined sensing platform globally and pursues its strategic growth ambitions. By formalizing the leadership of two executives already embedded in the company’s operations, Elliptic Labs aims to maintain momentum in expanding its AI Virtual Smart Sensor Platform across devices and markets, which could support investor confidence and reinforce its competitive position in the fast-evolving AI-enabled device ecosystem.
