Elliptic Laboratories AS ( (DE:EIP) ) has shared an announcement.
Elliptic Labs has launched a cost-efficiency program that will reshape its organization and reduce expenses as part of an ongoing strategic review, implementing layoffs and structural changes across selected functions and locations. The measures are designed to cut annual personnel and operating costs by about 15% and capitalized development costs by roughly 12% versus the last twelve months ended Q3 2025, with completion targeted for February 2026 and full run-rate effects thereafter, as the company sharpens execution focus, reinforces its financial position and prepares for profitable growth. While maintaining and expanding its core business in smartphones and laptops, Elliptic Labs aims to use this leaner structure to support expansion into new product verticals, which management argues will strengthen its long-term growth prospects and value creation for stakeholders despite the near-term impact on staff.
