Elliptic Laboratories AS ( (DE:EIP) ) has shared an announcement.

Elliptic Labs reported Q4 2025 revenue of NOK 42.0 million and full-year revenue of NOK 101.3 million, down from 2024, and booked an EBITDA of NOK 1.4 million for the quarter but a full-year EBITDA loss of NOK 20.7 million. A reassessment of tax assets and revised revenue recognition for minimum commitments under two 2025 contracts led to a significant non-cash net loss after tax of NOK 95.1 million in Q4 and NOK 138.2 million for the year.

Operationally, the company continued to scale its AI Virtual Smart Sensor Platform, launching on 65 new smartphone models and 25 laptops in 2025, and signed contract expansions and new license deals with top-five global smartphone makers and a key laptop customer. Management initiated a strategic review, implemented cost-cutting measures targeting about a 15% reduction in personnel and operating expenses, and is reallocating resources to drive growth in edge AI and new verticals such as smart glasses and smart TVs.

Elliptic Labs also announced a leadership transition with Ola Sandstad appointed interim CEO, and is focusing on monetizing its existing customer base while increasing units and value per device by adding more virtual sensors. The company positions itself as the only player to have deployed AI Virtual Smart Sensors at scale and aims to capitalise on growing edge AI demand with a leaner, more efficient organization.
